Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We seek a talented and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to drive digital innovation and play an essential role in building and executing high-impact marketing strategies for our diverse range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, improve marketing efforts and increase customer engagement.
3. Evaluate key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize ROI.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and distinctive brand message, including design, content, and product management.
5. Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
6. Mentor and develop a team of enthusiastic digital marketing professionals, fostering a supportive and creative environment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. A master’s degree will be a plus.
2. Proven experience of 5+ years in a digital marketing manager role or similar.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, best practices, and website analytics.
4. Demonstrated experience with SEO, SEM, and CRM software.
5. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
8. Google Analytics, AdWords certifications or similar would be a plus.
